Where do i go to start kickboxing/muy thai cles?? and is it better to be lean then stocky?

dependign on your weight, if youre too skinny, it'll be hard to find you fights. I fight MMA at 145lbs, I weight 150... so I cut weight before I fight. So if youre 130lbs and you fight at 130, the people you are going to be facign are going to really weigh 140-150. The size /strength advantage they can have over you can benefit. Research schools in your area. go to sherdog.com and look at the reviews fro schools. Since you are athletically buitl that's good. Kickboxing's main focus though...cardio.... I've seen guys in tremendous shape get winded after 3 minutes. So, spar regularly, run, shadow box, etc. Cardio can win lots of fights. Also work on flexibiltiy. Get a leg stretcher if you must.
