How likely is it that I gave my girlfriend H.P.V.? Should I contact my exes?

Girlfriend had a pap smear that detected pre-cancerous cell growth on cervix in April 07. We've been together since 8/06. No condom use. ume she's had healthy annual pap smears annually since 2001. My most recent ual activity was within a long-term monogamous relationship ending 7/06; no condom use. Prior to 2001 I was promiscuous; no condom use. Her last ual partner was in Spring '05. Her partner was promiscuous; no condom use. Should I advise my ex to get a pap smear to be on the safe side? How likely is it that I am the H.P.V. carrier that infected my GF. Not looking to blame.
