Is there anything wrong with me... or why does this dude stare alot?

If you really want him to piss off when he's staring at you look him straight in the eye and give him a pissed off look. Or you could make a ridiculous face. OR if you REALLY want him to sod off stare at him and pretend to pick your nose. As gross as that sounds, but I bet it'll work! If not you might want to talk to one of the teachers or something.
