How can i help myself get into college?

ok i have like a 3.5 but my school system is really rigourous (i.e. an A is 93-100, B is 85-93) and the education is really good. will colleges know that? also ive only taken the PSAT but im at like 1900 and im pretty sure ill do good on that. i am involved in 2 varsity sports and have done a little volunteer work. what can i do to look better to colleges because i know it is getting really competitive
