Can a gay guy have a crush on a girl?

Ok so there is this guy that i have started to like and i cant stop thinking about him. We are not really friends, we have only talked onece (just a couple words) and we have talked over facebook. The only problem is that he is gay. He hasnt addmittted to it but it is sooo obvious. He talks about hot guys and he looks gay and acts gay. He even has a feminine walk. He has said that i am pretty but he calls every girl pretty. And i have heard some people say that he is bi, but even if he likes girls too, it doesnt necessarily mean that he will like ME. And i am also getting over this other guy that i had THE BIGGEST CRUSH ON FOR like 8 months and it was a really bad heartbrake. I cant even count how many times i cried over him. Any ways idkk some advice please???? thanks
