Whats do you think???

Ok well i talk to this guy and all my friends thinks he flirts with me alot. but he never texts me or IMs me i have to IM him. its so annoying? i mean he gave me his number online and he like put part of our conversation in his profile on AIM(its already gone though =/ but thats cause i got mad about it haha) idk how to tell if he likes me or not? can you help? ohhh and he always teases me about this guy i used to talk to and like doesnt sign off until we finish our conversation and he knows i like him or that i think hes cute idk which cause my friend told him i think. idk what do you think does he like me or not? i asked before but didnt really get answers
