HEARTACHe!?

This is really stupid, but I need advice! There is this guy that is in one of my cles at my high school. I am a freshman, he is a junior. He flirts with me, but he flirts and teases with alot of girls. He isn't a player, he is a flirt. He is really sweet. He'll talk to me and it is really embarring because I blush really hard sometimes! I am a little shy, but we talk sometimes so don't say just talk to him! I found out that he loves this junior girl and they are going to start going out soon. When I heard about this, I seriously cried. I don't even know if I like him, it just felt like my heart had been ripped out and I don't know, I guess I felt a connection with him. Don't say it was just a little puppy crush or I am too young to be worrying about this! I've heard plenty of times. I am really confused, What do I do? I don't know if I like him. Just soooo confused?
