Cellulite/stretchmarks...this is what I've tried...if you've got soemthing better, Please share!!?

I bought some Nivea Body about a month and a half (almost 2 months ago) which was supposed to help reduce cellulite...and honestly it did help alot, but its still there...I'm 18 and I am not even heavy! I also have stretch marks...I bought some Palmers Coca er lotion it is supposed to reduce the appearence of them. Does it work well? Is threre another product I can try that is not too expensive?
