Where can I find a dress similar to this?

everywhere, really.. the shiny fabric is everywhere.. usually independent stores that sell "club" outfits will have them, but they will likely be less quality which is why they're so cheap.. h&m would have similar ones likely later in the season, but obviously not in that colour.. Fairweather, if you have that where you are, has those, but usually closer to prom season-worth it to take a peek though. also Laura, but really any mall or plaza based store, even a ma and pa store that sells prom type stuff
