Whats the work environment of Intelligence people?

Like is it loud and congested? Basically I guess I want to know what it is like on the job. Other then the work that you do but the environment. Are people human or robots? Whats the hours like? What do you do during peace time, less work? How hard is it for you to get your leave accepted from a CO? What is the relationship between Enlisted and Officers? Overall I just want to know what the environment is like of being MI personnel.
