Do you believe (ruler of Dubai/UAE) Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid al Maktoum is a good ruler for Dubai?

Every time I go, I find unexpected development every where. This itself shows the strong personality ruler. I am not interested what is going inside the curtain. The way it is growing, it shows the farsightedness of the ruler & no doubt its the best place in the world for shoping, tourism and entertainment and most important is the security too is there.
