I try to be varied and interesting. I own a TON of cookbooks and try to schedule/plan menus so we eat different foods. Lately, that hasn't been happening much, so we tend to eat a lot of chicken/beef/pork with rice and salsa -- cooked as a one pot meal. That, and we all like spagetti, chili, fried chicken, and other simple foods. (And during the summer, lots of eggplant dishes, and cold bean salads -- we take advantage of the abundance at the local farmer's market.)
