Coworker problems help please?

I work in a very public place and I have da best managers eva but this weekend we all worked da same shift and they came to me and said I am very rude loud and too playful.... It really hurted my feelings but I didn't let them know. I don't think I'm rude at all I'm very sweet and people take advantage of my niceness! We do everything together on and off da clock we like da big trio! Wen we together we dominate.. Our ages r 28,24 and 19. I'm 19 wuz they trying to hurt me or jux being mean?
