How do I RE-install a steel crawl space door?

Hi, first I'd try some concrete patch, go to the lumber yard and ask for it, fill the holes. The holes in the steel frame should be ok. Wait for the concrete filler to set and use a masonry bit to drill new holes. I'd get longer screws, not bigger, and sink the new screws deeper in the foundation wall. Hope this helps ya! B
