First pregnancy freak out?
I am 11 weeks along in my first pregnancy and I have questions about all the food I am supposed to be eating. I have been eating an apple everyday, usually first thing in the morning, maybe some raisin bran or other healthy cereal. I eat a lunch like chicken or salad or a vegetable soup (not much choice when you can't eat fast food and hamburgers make you sick!). I eat a dinner sometimes of pasta or if we go out I will have beef or other meat. Am I eating too little? I have snacks, like canned pineapples, crackers, baby carrots. I have been craving fruit more than anything, so I have been eating a lot of that. Also I have not been drinking 8 gles of water a day, more like 3, but I drink a lot of lemonade and fruit juice, and decaf tea. Am I just being silly or am I not eating enough of a well-rounded diet?
