What do i do when i love a boy n he likes another girl?

~~ ok his name is garrett i love him 4 his summer vaction he went to ohio with his family n his old girlfriend brooke is there and they ares pendin a lot of time together but he still calls me and says he loves me and stuff but brooke is taking him away from me but HE say he is not talkin to brooke anymore but should i beleive him i have no reason not to or am i just beleieving what i want to believe ??????? !!!!!! ~~
