My cat was fine yesterday but today he's sick.?

He's lethargic, disorientated, won't eat or drink, has a runny nose, just seems to be out of it and has found a place to be alone. I'm worried. Even his voice has changed. He's an outside cat and he's 14 years old. Did he ingest something?
