Investigated for Forgery?

I hope you have a good lawyer and if you can get a subpoena for the son to appear in court to testify, before he goes in, let him know if he lies under oath, it is felony on him and HE will go to prison, so he had best tell the truth up front. Don't tip him off until he is already there, in court. He may just skip out and be unavailable. Good luck.
