Did Michael Jackson have obsessive compulsive disorder?

I am not asking this to be mean. I completely respect Michael and I would do nothing to bamboozle him. And I know he ped away and I should just leave him alone, but I am just asking this out of curiousity, nothing more. So how he kept having to change his nose over and over, didn't that mean he had it? He kept doing it repeatedly.I read something like he had body dysmorphic disorder and that it was similar to people who had obsessive compulsive disorder. I don't know. And please remember, I am not asking this to be rude or make fun, it is just out of curiousity. So what do you think?
